This is an established station with a broad based oldies music fomat and some local talk shows. All equipment is current to new. Studios and offices are in an office park and are leased by the year at just $400 per month. The transmitter site is owned and has been valued by Century 21 at $125,000. This is a nice turnkey operation as is and is currently filing and will be awaiting FCC permission to implement a power increase which is expected within 90 days. The total signal can now be heard from the Saint Cloud- Kissimmee area on the north end of the coverage area to Indiantown in the southern end of the coverage--out to nearly Bradenton to the west and nearly Yeehaw Junction to the East. In addition it could be if moved several miles to the south the power could be increased to 50,000 watts daytime and more power than it has now at night.

Asking price is $500,000 with $350,000 in cash and $150,000 in barter at closing. All purchases of broadcast properties are subject to approval by the Federal Communications Commission which routinely takes 60-90 days.
