We cater for Weddings (including Muslim), Christenings, Funerals & all other parties & special events.We can cater for virtually any event often at short notice, even in the middle of a field with no facilities. Our main speciality are Hog Roasts. We will come to your home, office or venue & cook a pig from scratch in our own purpose built Hog Roast Oven. This takes on average 4 hours+ depending on the weather!. We provide all the necessary equipment, tables on which to lay out the food, table cloths, dinner plates, cutlery, desert bowls etc. We operate from our base at Stockbridge nr Andover, Hanpshire but will travel anywhere in the UK. Excess mileage charges apply for venues in excess of 50 miles from our base @ £1 per mile each way. Our menu is as follows:- Main Course Roast Pork & crackling with home made apple sauce Floured baps Freshly cooked jacket potatoes with butter, grated mature cheddar cheese & coleslaw A selection of 4 freshly prepared salads Various relishes, chutneys & salad dressings Deserts Banoffi Pie Raspberry & White chocolate cheesecake Lemon meringue pie Apple Pie Fresh fruit salad Home made apple crumble & custard In short we provide everything you could possibly need including lighting. There are only two things which we don't provide being Guests & Drinks!. With 3 Hog Roast Machines we can cater for up to 250 guests for a two course meal. Alternatively if you just want us to cater for say a large sporting event we have experience of catering up to 750 guests with pork & apple sauce rolls. With our own generators & tripod lighting, we have operated on the centre on the centre of football pitches in the total open away from any services. We also carry 2 gazebos on our van, just in case the weather is not bright & sunny! We operate on the basis that the minimum spend for any catered event is only £300 (excluding excess mileage charges).
